Did not get what I ordered, I’ve asked for a replacement

The dress was not at all what was shown in the picture, too short, tight for the sizes mentioned, no pockets, no attention to detail basically. I had ordered based on what i saw and i got a completely different dress. But i got in touch with you via Instagram and someone msged back saying that they were sorry and it’s happened because of new staff being recruited and that they are trying to train them well and get back to what is the previous quality. Anyway i was told that the same dress on the site would be made and sent to me, a pick up for the one sent to me was scheduled and it’s already been picked up. Now im still waiting on the replacement to reach me 🙇🏻‍♀️ waiting waiting waiting….
