Shipping & Return Policy


  • Kindly note a customer should make full payment for their order at the time of delivery before opening the package (in case of COD order).
  • Products cannot be tried or returned at the time of delivery. 
  • Though we use India's most trusted logistic companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address area is non serviceable for delivery or Cash On Delivery (COD) we shall notify you of the same.


  • On placing one's order, the customer will receive an email containing a summary of the purchased items and also the estimated delivery time.
  • From the date of placing an order, we would normally take 10 - 14 working days to deliver. For some areas, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of the location by our logistic partners. In such a case, we shall proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for updates.
  • We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down the package through our courier partner.
  • In case a customer wants to expedite the order delivery, please reach out to our team at info.babhru@gmail.com. In such case the customer is liable to bear the Express Shipping charges. The shipping charges will vary upon destination.
  • The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we shall keep the customer posted about the approximate delivery date. 
  • Kindly read item description and wash instructions carefully.
  • Refer to the Product Measurements of every item for size description when placing an order.
  • Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.


  • Each piece is made to order with a lot of care and love for all Babhru customers. 
  • As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product once sold. Once a piece is sold it can be exchanged for replacement or a credit voucher, provided the piece is unworn & intact with all the tags & labels.
  • This store credit is valid up-to 3 months.
  • We offer exchange in sizes, in case the ordered piece doesn't fit the customer. While shipping the product back to us please e-mail us your size requirements.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  • All custom made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to exchange a product?

We will not entertain exchanges any later than 7 days after the product is delivered. If a customer wants to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail at - info.babhru@gmail.com within 1 week of receiving your order with mentioning the below details: 

  • Order No.
  • Attach order confirmation mail bill receipt 
  • An image of the product purchased
  • Reason for exchange/return (to help us better understand our customers needs)

Once you have mailed us the above information, we will arrange a return request with our logistics and the customer will be informed via Email. As soon as the return pick up is successfully made from the client's address, it is imperative for the customer to send an Email to the Babhru Team informing the same. 

Note: Kindly note that the exchange products will only be shipped out once we receive the return product. The brand is not liable for the return timeline of the product since it is out and beyond of our purview.
